Terms and Conditions

Dispatch Of Goods:

In most instances your order will be dispatched on the day your order was placed or on the day after your order was placed. However we have a cut-off time of 1.30pm, meaning that if you order after 1.30pm we cannot guarantee to dispatch your items that day. However there may be some exceptions and some items may take longer to be dispatched. Most items are dispatched within 2 working days. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email stating that the 'status of your order has changed' you can log into your account to see the status of your order.

Special Order Items:

Certain items are difficult to source and come from specialist suppliers. If they are unable to take the items back we will unfortunately be unable to refund you. You will usually be notified of this at the time of your order.

Refunds Policy

As taxi drivers ourselves we know what works and what doesn't and we are sure that we have picked the best products for you, however if you are not satisfied with any product purchased from us you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery. Products returned must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original immediate packaging. All returns should be adequately packed and be accompanied by the original invoice. We advise you to always obtain proof of posting (recorded delivery) when returning goods and recommend you return items by Royal Mail. If you order an item (or items) and decide that it is not what you expected you may return the item but we will deduct a 15% restocking fee. This does not apply to items wrongly despatched by us. This is in line with the rules set out in the 'Distance Selling Regulations 2005'.


The due amount will be credited to the card used for payment. Please allow up to 21 days for refunds and exchanges to be processed. Please inform us immediately (within the first 3 days of arrival), if any goods have been damaged in transit. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for any damage. If you wish to exchange goods please email us with details so we can immediately reserve stock for you. If free postage has been given we reserve the right to recover postage costs if goods are returned. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
